Lea Fastow grew up in River Oaks, Houston's wealthiest enclave, and is the prep school-educated heiress to a grocery and real estate fortune amassed by the Weingartens, one of the city's most respected old-line families.


Lea is now in a federally funded suite near Houston. She worked for Enron.
